AUSDOM's 40mm dynamic speaker unit delivers immersive sound quality, allowing you to hear more details in your favorite songs and enjoy a private concert listening experience. However, please note that this headphone is not 100% noise-cancelling, and human talking cannot be eliminated. The ANC is also less effective in quiet environments and does not work in wired mode.

Our over-ear Bluetooth headphones are equipped with ENC call noise reduction technology, providing crisp, clear calls without ambient noise. The microphone only works in Bluetooth mode.

These noise-cancelling wireless headphones are compatible with a wide range of devices, including cellphones, laptops, PCs, and TVs (note that a Bluetooth transmitter is required for TVs without built-in Bluetooth).

To reset the noise-cancelling headphones, fully charge them with the original charging cable and a 5-10W charger, then insert and remove the included audio cable a few times.

To connect two Bluetooth devices, first connect the headphones to the first device, then turn off the Bluetooth function on that device and connect the second device. After connecting the second device, turn the Bluetooth back on for the first device, and manually click to connect it.

If the volume cannot be increased enough, it may be due to app limitations. Try adjusting the volume on your phone to get the desired volume level.
